Crowe charts new course for Cardinal Health APAC

Health Industry Hub | June 30, 2025 |

Cardinal Health has announced a key leadership transition as it sharpens focus on the dynamic Asia Pacific region. Jane Crowe, currently Managing Director for Cardinal Health ANZ, will step into the role of Vice-President, Asia Pacific (APAC), effective 1 July 2025. Based in Sydney, Crowe will report to Jorge Sahlieh, President of International Medical Products & Distribution, and join the company’s International Leadership Team.

Stepping into Crowe’s current position is Neroli Manning, the company’s Sales Director, who has accepted the role of Managing Director, ANZ.

“It’s an honour to be given this opportunity to lead one of the most talented teams in Cardinal Health. The Asia Pacific is a dynamic region with a rapidly evolving healthcare sector, and this is an exciting time for us in APAC,” Crowe told Health Industry Hub. “We have a strong product portfolio including highly advanced compression and enteral feeding devices like the Kendall SmartFlow and Kangaroo OMNI that will be game changing, in terms of value and healthcare outcomes, for customers and patients in many markets.”

With more than 30 years in the healthcare sector, Crowe brings deep expertise in business transformation, sales, marketing and strategy development. Her leadership in ANZ over the past five years has been marked by significant commercial growth and the cultivation of a high-performing team.

One of her most recent standout achievements includes spearheading Cardinal Health’s first remanufacturing facility outside the U.S., established in Newcastle, north of Sydney. As a key member of the MTAA Sustainability Forum, Crowe has been on the frontline of medtech’s sustainability challenges, pushing for a more climate-conscious future – one where sustainability isn’t an afterthought but a core business imperative.

In her new role, Crowe will lead teams across 13 APAC markets – Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Taiwan. She will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional commercial strategy and advancing long-term priorities, with a continued focus on sustainability and diversity.

“I’ve had the pleasure of leading an amazing Cardinal Health team in ANZ. They inspire me each day and I’ve learned so much from them,” Crowe said. “I’m also fortunate that Neroli Manning will be taking the reins as Managing Director of ANZ from next week. She’s a fantastic leader and I am confident that she will excel in the new role.”

Reflecting on her journey, Crowe added, “The healthcare industry has evolved. When I began my career, there were few women leaders that I could look to for inspiration. I’m proud to have been able to break some of the so-called ‘glass ceiling’ barriers and to help develop the next generation of women and men in becoming inclusive leaders. It’s been incredibly rewarding.

“Now, I’m hoping to do more of the same in other markets.”
